No. We keep the books clean all year and hand your CPA a Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet and Trial Balance they can file from.

Can you clean up books that are months or years behind?

Yes. We rebuild past months from bank activity and statements, reconcile them, then bring you current before the normal monthly rhythm starts.

Do I need QuickBooks?

You can keep QuickBooks and we will work inside it, or we can keep the books here and hand you the same statements. Either way you own the records.

Is my bank information safe?

Your bank connection is read-only and you sign in at your own bank, so we never see or store your password. Sign-in supports two-step verification.

Does anything change my books without me?

No. Our system reads and suggests. A person reviews and approves before anything posts, and every approval is recorded.
