If you are not happy with LedgerDude, you can ask for a full refund within 30 days of your order date. You do not need a special reason. Just ask, and we will take care of it.

How to ask for a refund

LedgerDude, LLC sells directly to you. Our payments are processed securely by Stripe. To request a refund you can:

• Reply to your receipt email with the word "refund", or
• Email us at jwhit25@gmail.com and we will start the refund for you.

When you get your money back

Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method. Most banks show the money within 5 to 10 business days.

Canceling your plan

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. After you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
